Order and support policies
These policies explain the marketplace process. The exact product duration, access type, delivery estimate, and replacement period shown on the selected listing are reconfirmed on WhatsApp before payment.
Access types
Private means the listing is intended for individual access. Shared means access may be used under shared-account conditions. Invitation means access is provided by an invitation to a workspace, team, or plan. License Key means a digital activation key is delivered. Ask support about password control, device limits, renewal, and account ownership before paying.

Payment methods & order confirmation
All prices on AI Tool Gems are listed upfront in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We operate an assisted digital marketplace where payment details and delivery are confirmed manually on WhatsApp. We do not store payment card information, run automated credit card debits, or provide instant unverified activations.

Order confirmation & anti-fraud safety rules
- No automated charges: You will never be billed automatically. Every transaction requires your explicit manual transfer and mutual confirmation.
- Receipt verification: After transferring funds via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, or Bank IBFT, send the payment receipt/transaction ID to our official WhatsApp support (+92 323 6715731). Support verifies the funds in the merchant ledger before delivering login credentials or digital license keys.
- Security warning: AI Tool Gems support will never ask for your ATM PIN, OTP code, bank password, or credit card CVV. Do not share sensitive banking credentials with anyone.
- Official contact protection: Only transfer funds to account details confirmed via our verified business WhatsApp channel. Account credentials and payment IDs are never published statically to prevent impersonation fraud.
Digital delivery
Delivery starts after payment is confirmed. The estimate on each listing is not a guaranteed deadline because product availability and third-party activation systems can change. Support will notify the customer if an order is delayed or unavailable.
Replacement warranty
Replacement coverage applies for the period displayed on the product page and begins when access is delivered. Customers should contact support promptly with the product name and a description of the access issue. Coverage is assessed against the plan details confirmed before payment. It does not cover loss caused by sharing credentials, prohibited account changes, misuse, or violating third-party service rules.
Refund policy
If AI Tool Gems confirms an order but cannot deliver the agreed product, the customer may request a refund. After working access or a digital key has been delivered, support first evaluates replacement eligibility under the displayed warranty. A refund is not automatically available for change of mind, misuse, or incompatibility that was disclosed before payment. Any exception is confirmed in writing on WhatsApp.
Privacy and safe communication
WhatsApp is used for product questions and order coordination. Customers should never send passwords, one-time codes, full card details, or unrelated identity documents. The website uses browser storage for cart preferences; it does not currently publish a customer database or accept payment-card details directly.

AI Tool Gems is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with or endorsed by listed third-party brands unless explicitly stated. Names and logos identify products for comparison. Plan features and vendor terms may change; customers should confirm the current offer before payment.
