All catalog prices are listed upfront in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We operate an assisted manual fulfillment model where order availability, payment details, and account provisioning are handled 1-on-1 via WhatsApp.

We do not operate public user registration, user profile databases, or automated credit card billing on this website. Visitors browse the catalog freely without logging in or creating an account.

2. Information We Collect Directly from You

We collect only the minimum information necessary to communicate with you and fulfill your confirmed orders:

• Customer Inquiries & WhatsApp Communications: When you initiate contact with our official support desk (+92 323 6715731), we receive your WhatsApp phone number, display name, and the text of your inquiry or tool preference.
• Order Fulfillment Information: To deliver your requested subscription or key, we ask for your preferred contact channel, tool specifications (e.g. workspace email for invitation-based plans like Canva Pro or Figma), and the transaction confirmation receipt (transaction ID or payment slip screenshot).
• Payment Rails: We accept payments through verified domestic Pakistani rails: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, and Bank IBFT. We never ask for, receive, or store bank account passwords, ATM PINs, credit card numbers, CVVs, or one-time verification passcodes (OTPs).

3. Browser Storage and Client-Side Technologies

Our website is a static, lightweight application. We respect user privacy and do not engage in cross-site behavioral tracking or fingerprinting:

• Local Storage (localStorage): We store temporary UI preferences directly in your browser: atg-cart (list of tool IDs added to your order cart) and atg-compare (tool IDs selected for side-by-side comparison). This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser cache.
• No Invasive Cookies: We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies, cross-domain profiling cookies, or data-broker trackers.

4. Google API Services & Google OAuth User Data

AI Tool Gems uses official Google APIs solely for internal administrative performance monitoring, search health auditing, and website analytics. This section details our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

A. Scopes Requested

Our internal SEO and search monitoring modules request the following minimum, read-only OAuth 2.0 scopes from authorized workspace administrators:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly (Google Search Console API): Grants read-only access to view search performance data for verified properties owned by AI Tool Gems.
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly (Google Analytics Reporting API): Grants read-only access to aggregate traffic and visitor interaction metrics for aitoolgems.tech.

B. Purpose and Specific Use of Google Data

Data accessed via these Google OAuth scopes is used exclusively for:

• Monitoring website indexing status, crawl errors, and sitemap health in Google Search Console.
• Evaluating aggregate search queries, impressions, clicks, click-through rates (CTR), and average keyword positions to ensure search accuracy for Pakistani consumers.
• Analyzing aggregate pageview trends to optimize website performance and user experience.

C. Storage, Protection & Limited Use Disclosure

• No Sale or Commercial Transfer: Google user data and Search Console metrics are never sold, leased, or traded to third parties, data aggregators, or marketing brokers.
• No Advertising Use: Data accessed via Google APIs is never used to serve personalized advertisements, perform retargeting, or build consumer profiles.
• No Machine Learning or AI Model Training: Google user data is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
• Secure Credential Handling: OAuth client secrets, refresh tokens, and access tokens are stored in encrypted environment secrets (GitHub Secrets / private runtime variables). They are never exposed in public repositories, frontend JavaScript, or browser logs.
• Retention and Automatic Deletion: Aggregate Search Console metrics are cached locally for a rolling period of up to 90 days solely to identify ranking shifts. Data older than 90 days is automatically purged.
• Limited Use Affirmation: AI Tool Gems' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

D. Revoking Google Access

Authorized administrators can revoke AI Tool Gems' access to their Google account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions Settings. Upon revocation, our systems immediately lose access to all Google APIs and stored tokens become invalid.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell customer personal information. Information is shared only under strict operational necessity:

• WhatsApp / Meta: When you initiate an inquiry or order, your communication passes through WhatsApp subject to Meta’s standard privacy policies.
• Service Providers: We use GitHub Pages for website hosting and GitHub Actions for automated deployment workflows. No customer identifying data is stored on GitHub.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information only if required by applicable Pakistani law, court order, or governmental regulation to protect the rights, property, or safety of AI Tool Gems, our customers, or the public.

6. Data Security and Customer Safety

We implement technical and procedural safeguards to protect customer communication records and administrative credentials:

• All web traffic to aitoolgems.tech is strictly encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (HTTPS / TLS 1.3).
• Internal secrets and API tokens are restricted to authorized administrators under least-privilege principles.
• Customer Reminder: AI Tool Gems representatives will never ask for your banking passwords, OTPs, or payment card CVVs. Please never share sensitive banking credentials on WhatsApp or any other channel.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our services and website are intended for adult professionals, students, and businesses capable of entering into binding contracts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13.
